These changes, modifications, additions, or deletions will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be given through means such as posting on deepkey.io, electronic or conventional mail, or other means that provide User with notice. Using deepkey.io or the Services after receiving such notice signifies User's acceptance of these changes.

Users must use deepkey.io solely for lawful purposes. Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through deepkey.io any material that violates the rights of others, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable. This includes material that encourages criminal activity, civil liability, or violates any law, and material that contains advertising or solicitation without DeepKey's approval. Actions that restrict or inhibit other Users from using deepkey.io are not permitted.

Deepkey.com contains copyrighted material and proprietary information, including text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, and sound. The entire contents of deepkey.io are copyrighted. Users are not allowed to modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works, or exploit any content without explicit permission. Users may download copyrighted material for personal use, but commercial use is restricted. Uploading copyrighted material without permission is prohibited. Users are responsible for any damage resulting from copyright infringement.

5. USE OF SERVICES

The Services may include various services available for purchase or use on deepkey.io, such as, but not limited to, email services, chat bots, forums, third-party software and more. Users agree not to misuse the Services, including transferring, copying, or disclosing material without authorization. Specific terms apply to DeepKey's pychographic data tool, which any information or contact details are non-transferable after installation. Users must not engage in spamming, harassment, or any form of inappropriate conduct while using the Services.

6. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Users may need to create an account to access the Services. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account. Unauthorized account use is prohibited.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Purchasing involves providing accurate information and confirming payment. Subscriptions to DeepKey's data collection, web site personalization, lead generation, AI chat bot and CRM Services renew automatically. The refund policy varies for different services.

8. REFUND POLICY

Different services have varying refund policies. All set up and/or customization services are non-refundable after set up, installation and monthly subscription is paid for unless specifically outlined in User’s Service Agreement. Other services may have specific other refund conditions.

9. MATERIALS PROVIDED TO Client Flow Consulting OR POSTED

Materials submitted or posted to the Services remain owned by the user but are subject to the Company's usage rights.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The use of deepkey.io is at your own risk. Neither DeepKey nor its affiliates guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Company is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of deepkey.io.

11. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Links on deepkey.io are for convenience and do not imply endorsement by DeepKey.

12. MONITORING

DeepKey reserves the right to monitor and remove content violating this Agreement.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify DeepKey against claims arising from their use of the Service.

14. TERMINATION

Either party can terminate this Agreement. DeepKey can terminate an account for unacceptable conduct or breach.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Waiver of a breach does not waive future breaches.

16. COPYRIGHT NOTICE

DeepKey and its logos are trademarks. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

17. TRADEMARKS

Names of companies and products are trademarks of their owners.
